Newly arrived to our warehouse today is Certified Organic Buckwheat Flour – now available as bulk, 5kg, 1kg and retail sizing.
Despite it’s name, buckwheat flour is not derived from wheat and is suitable for Celiac’s.
Buckwheat is a good source of protein, and rich in soluble and insoluble dietary fibre.
The flour can be substituted for use in baking bread, pancakes, biscuits and even pasta.
We also stock buckwheat kernels and conventional buckwheat flour.
